Here is a slideshow of our Halloween activities over the last few days. We started our celebration with a Halloween party at Hannah's preschool on Thursday. Note all the cute pictures of her with her best friend Siennah. On Friday, we went to a Halloween playgroup where we made Halloween crafts and had spooky snacks. There was even a short trick or treating route to walk.
Saturday started off with doughnuts and apple cider as is tradition in Craig's family. Then, Hannah and Craig carved pumpkins while Bridget and I went to a baby shower. That evening the girls got all dressed up and we went to the mall for trick or treating. It was a blast. Hannah had a great time gathering treats and stalking all the other "princesses."
We had a wonderful weekend, but now I have to spend the week preparing for Bridget's Baptism next weekend. Fun, fun!!

Bridget sitting in her "Bumbo" seat
Hey Sister! (By the way, Hannah picked out this outfit...)
Hannah and her Princess Friends
Storytime! Babies are never too young to be read to!!
Oh my gosh, this is the cutest picture of Bridget yet! She started smiling a few weeks ago and they are so precious. PS - I dare someone to tell me that this child does not look like me....
And another picture of Hannah. If I take Bridget's picture, Hannah wants me to take hers, too!

Oh my goodness, Fall has finally come to Tampa!! Today we woke up to temperatures in the 60's, breezy, and overcast. It was beautiful. I have been craving fall weather for the last month, so this was particularly welcome.
We decided to take advantage of the cooler weather and take a trip to the Hunsader Farms Pumpkin Festival. This is our second year at this particular festival and we love it. (Here is my blog from last year.) There were pumpkins for picking, a train ride, pony rides, all kinds of yummy food, and craft booths. I can't explain how nice it was to be able to be outside and not sweat through my clothes in 5 minutes. We all had a great time, including my Mom who is here visiting with us.
On Thursday last week, Hannah had her Fall Festival at school. It was basically a time for them to play some special games and win some prizes. Hannah seemed to have a good time and was especially fond of the little pumpkin she found in the Hay Treasure Hunt game - she wouldn't put it down all day!
